I am in the Navy & was stationed in San Diego we wanted to purchase a home & I am a first time home buyer, I had seen a listing in Temecula & this is how I met Sylvia. I had expressed to her that I could not afford the ridiculous prices in the San Diego County area & was told that Southwest Riverside would be an ideal area to start. She listened to what my wife & I were looking for in a home. I wanted a home with little to no maintenance, with little to no Homeowners Association & most important affordable - I wanted to use my VA benefits. She was very patience & very knowledgeable about the surrounding cities but most important she found us a community that was fairly new, close to everything ,freeways, shopping & schools & was specifically built in mind for the homeowner with low maintenance it is in a energy efficient development. I met Sylvia Easley through a friend of mind who highly recommended her to us, at the time my children & I lived in the city of Azusa (Los Angeles County). The homes in our area were older, smaller & were continuing to climb in price & before long I was not able to afford the home size required for our family. Sylvia asked me vital questions such as what are your needs & are you currently commuting far for work? Questions other realtors had not bothered to ask I explained that I worked from home so she asked us is moving out of Los Angeles County would that affect your business? We told her no since our business is online sales & we would prefer a single level home with a large garage & or storage facility for our inventory for our business. And we would require a large high fenced backyard for our 3 very large dogs preferably in a Cul-da-sac. She never said it was impossible but we were asking for a needle in a haystack. She not only found that needle in a haystack because our home was only a year old, the Sellers were both in the Military & we going to be deployed. Sylvia she not only found our beautiful home but we found out that she had convinced the Listing Agent (who knew Sylvia) and Sellers to show us the property the day before it was scheduled for viewing to the public. Other offers came pouring in but her negotiating skills was the deciding factor for our successful transaction. We are now the proud owners of a home with $10,000 in equity when we moved in, a single story, a 13,000 square foot lot, largest lot in the tract, didn't know it was rare to find a large lot in this area. A newly brick fenced backyard that our dogs would not be able to jump over, in a Cul-da-sac within walking distance to schools for our 3 children. And yes our garage is a 3 car garage.

Our parents lived in Pomona & they wanted to live closer to their adult children since our father needed medical attention & my sister & I took turns assisting them. I consulted with Sylvia Easley who had previously helped us with our real estate needs & asked what could we do for our parents. She not only sat down with them with a plan in mind but she was able to communicate with them in Spanish. She sold their home in Pomona for top dollar & in no time was able to find them a replacement home, affordable with low maintenance.
